Culinary Explorations with Chef Kaci

Experience a fun and engaging atmosphere by learning new cooking skills!

Scratch Cooking and Baking is more than just a class; it’s a journey of creativity, problem-solving, and culinary exploration. By challenging kids to cook from scratch, we ignite their imaginations, teach valuable life skills like time management, and encourage them to embrace their unique style.

With the right guidance, the possibilities in the culinary world are limitless. I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and inspiring young chefs during this creative process, even amidst mistakes and messes. Through laughter, connection, and a bit of culinary magic, we’ll uncover hidden talents and discover the power of food to bring people together.

In this class, students will learn:

Knife safety and cutting techniques
Ingredient blending and balancing
The importance of a colorful and nutritious diet
How to use basic kitchen tools and equipment
And much more!

Class meets for 1.5 hours for the following age groups:

Class #1: Tuesdays 10 AM, Ages 5-9

Class #2: Tuesdays 12:30 PM, Ages 10+

STEAM is Fun Club

Calling all future builders, tinkerers, and innovators!

STEAM is Fun Club, your launchpad into the exciting world of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math). Our STEAM is Fun Club offers a safe, fun, and engaging space for kids to explore their creativity and curiosity. Each month brings a different STEAM project/topic with a theme.

Through hands-on projects, experiments, and design challenges, students will develop problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and teamwork. They'll also learn about real-world applications of STEAM concepts and have the opportunity to design and create their own inventions.

Class details:

Duration: 1.5 hours per session

Sessions: 3 Sessions per month

Class times: Tuesdays-2:30 PM-4:00, Ages 5-11
